As part of its strategy to raise its profile beyond the ceramic tile sector, Living Ceramics made its debut at Orgatec, which took place in Cologne between 23rd and 27th October.
Throughout 2018, Living Ceramics has channelled major efforts at its production facilities in Onda, Castellón, into developing technologies capable of producing smart large format ceramic tiles featuring relief surfaces. The company’s key objective is to offer the market unique cutting-edge ceramic tile solutions.

Orgatec 2018 boasts a consolidated position at the forefront of the work culture sector, addressing key emotional issues and offering the entire sector new sources of creative inspiration. “Orgatec has successfully managed to transform itself from a mere product showcase to a business event focusing on highly relevant work culture-related issues”, explained Katharina C. Hamma, Operations Director at the Koelnmesse exhibition site, adding, “Thanks to a first class event and congress programme, Orgatec has effectively transmitted the socio-political importance of new contemporary work models to strategic decision makers”.
The new trade fair concept received an enthusiastic reception: with more than 63,000 delegates, Orgatec 2018 amply exceeded last year’s figures with visitor numbers rising by 15%.
The company was extremely pleased with the results of its debut as an exhibitor at the fair, and was impressed by the standard of visitors as well as the enthusiastic reaction to the products presented.
