Livingceramics | Lithotech contemporary ceramic surfaces now have a new showroom for architecture and interior design professionals in Avda Diagonal 499. With 500m2 and distributed over two floors, the space is located at street level and is part of a modernist building designed by architect Joaquín Porqueres.
This Livingceramics | Lithotech showroom is conceived as a meeting point between the brand and professionals, providing architects and interior designers with a space where they can feel the identity of the brands from the inside and maintain a dialogue in a more accessible and closer way. A functional and inspiring space in which to find the ceramic solutions that add value and differentiation to their projects.
The architecture of the space, with an imposing double height on the façade side, respects the original structure and materiality of the building, which coexists with the contemporary environments that characterize the firms. Two large openings in the facade bathe the space in natural light. Inside, walls with the characteristic Gris Living color that reveal the exposed brick and spaces full of vegetation coexist on the first floor next to the environments where the ceramic materials are displayed. On the one hand, representations of the Livingceramics floor and wall tile collections and the Bathroom Furniture Series range. On the other hand, Lithotech’s kitchen countertops and horizontal solutions are in a differentiated but well-connected space that facilitates the fluidity of movement between spaces.
The second floor is connected to the first floor by a solemn metal staircase, designed with reference to the characteristic staircase of the main Livingceramics | Lithotech showroom. The upper part visually connects with the first floor as a mezzanine, which enhances natural light and maintains the link between the inspiration and work areas. This area maintains the gray painted brick walls and exposed concrete beams, elements that help create an architecturally rich environment.
This upper space features an imposing central work table linking two symmetrical wings designed as collaborative meeting spaces. Here, interior designers and designers will find all the tools that will allow them to better understand the technical specifications of Livingceramics and Lithotech ceramic surfaces. They will also have the professional support of the team to advise them throughout the project.
The showroom is now open by appointment by calling 936 118 308 or writing to barcelona@livingceramics.com.
