Livingceramics | Lithotech has been honoured with the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2025 in the discipline of Interior Architecture – Exhibitions, thanks to the concept and design of our stand at Cersaie 2024 fair trade. This international recognition celebrates excellence in design and the ability to evoke emotion through space.
Under the concept A place to Breathe, our stand was conceived as a place to pause, connect, and breathe. A refuge inspired by Japanese philosophy and aesthetics, where light, shadow, material and emptiness came together in serene balance. The space proposed an essential, calm and timeless form of beauty.
The layout was divided into two areas: an exterior space featuring 20 mm thick porcelain tile, a stone garden and an outdoor kitchen; and an interior that was sober yet versatile, where materials, neutral tones and architectural elements combined to create an immersive experience. The structure, composed of glass, black iron and varying levels, brought lightness and continuity to the overall design.
With this concept, we aimed to express the core values of our brand: balance, connection with nature, and the creation of liveable spaces that inspire tranquillity. More than just a stand, it was a carefully curated environment where visitors could reconnect with what truly matters—within the vibrant context of Cersaie.
The international jury, composed of 131 independent design experts, especially valued the conceptual and formal sensitivity of the project, as well as its ability to offer a deeply immersive experience.
The iF DESIGN AWARD, organised by iF International Forum Design GmbH, is one of the world’s most renowned design awards and one of the oldest independent design institutions, founded over 70 years ago.
